what was the destruction that Ike created?

After land fall, hurricane ike makes a town look like it was in a blender.There was cars filipped upside down and boats up to 2 miles in land, aligators and other non domestic animals roaming the streets like cats and dogs.The damage was so bad there are still people restoring there home today.
